Operational hours: 

Tuesday through Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We can accomodate our customers at any other time of the week as long as an appointment is made beforehand.

The timetable is based on eastern standard time.

Before shipping a defective equipment to us,  the customer should contact us to get a return authorization number. Without that number, the shipment may be returned back at the customers cost or additional delays can be applied to the treatment of the equipment.
